Epoxy Putty – 56g – KAVAN

Product description
KAVAN Epoxy Putty 56g is a fast-curing two-part epoxy putty that can be hand-shaped like modeling clay. Once fully cured, it is waterproof and easy to work with by hand or machine – it can be sanded, drilled, milled, and painted with all types of paint. Perfect for sealing and repairing cracks, gaps, holes, and damaged edges. The product is also ideal for sealing water tanks (it cures even underwater), as well as serving as a durable sealant for wood, metal, glass, ceramic, and many plastics. The compound can also be used to create small details and modeling elements by pressing it into a mold or pre-shaping it, then refining it after it has cured.

Application
KAVAN Epoxy Putty 56g is ideal for sealing and repairing cracks, gaps, holes, and uneven surfaces; repairing damaged edges; creating small parts and details in models; and sealing surfaces exposed to water or moisture.

After removing the excess uncured compound, it can be cleaned with a cloth soaked in denatured alcohol.
Suitable for sealing: softwood and hardwood, chipboard, plywood, metals, compact polystyrene, unplasticized PVC, PSH and ABS, ceramics, porcelain, glass, and carbon and fiberglass laminates
Not suitable for sealing soft and flexible plastics (including EPP and EPO), polyethylene, polypropylene, and Teflon.

Directions for use
Before use, separate the required amount of material from both components and thoroughly mix them in a 1:1 ratio until a uniform mass is obtained. Then apply to the repair or sealing area and shape as needed. Once cured, the compound can be sanded, drilled, milled, and painted.

Storage
Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool (10–25°C), dry, and dark place. Do not expose to temperatures below 10°C. Make sure that when separating the required amount of material, the components do not mix prematurely – even a small amount of cured material can impair the properties of the resin.
