1. General provisions
1.1. The online store Statecznik.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) operates at: https://statecznik.com

1.3. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Store, placing orders, completing sales contracts, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties to the transaction.
1.4. A Customer using the Store is required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
2. Definitions
2.1. Seller – the owner of the Store, specified in section 1.2.
2.2. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.
2.3. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2.4. Goods – products available in the Store, described on the Store’s website.
2.5. Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a sales agreement, specifying the type and quantity of Goods.
3. Placing orders

3.2. To place an order, the Customer should:
- Select Products and add them to your cart,
- Complete the order form by entering your contact details and delivery address,
- Choose a payment and delivery method,
- Confirm the order.
3.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming that the order has been accepted for processing. The customer has a maximum of 1 day to make payment for the order and confirm it. If payment and confirmation are not received within this period, the order will be canceled.

4. Prices and payment methods
4.1. All prices in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) or EURO and include VAT.
4.2. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are added during checkout.
4.3. The customer can pay for the order in the following ways:
- Bank transfer,
- Online payment (PayNow, Stripe, Klarna, PayPo).
4.4. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Goods; however, these changes do not apply to orders placed before they take effect.
5. Delivery
5.1. Goods are delivered within Poland and to selected countries of the European Union.
5.2. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
5.3. Delivery takes from 2 to 14 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and the availability of the Goods.
5.4. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Right to withdraw from the contract
6.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract in writing or in electronic form.
6.3. The consumer is required to return the Goods within 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal notice.
6.4. The Consumer bears the cost of returning the Goods.
6.5. In the event of a return, please send the item back – where possible – in unchanged condition, in its original, undamaged packaging. The packaging is an integral part of the product.
6.6. In the event of contract withdrawal, the Customer should include proof of purchase – preferably the original or a copy of the receipt, VAT invoice, or another document confirming the transaction.
6.7. The refund will be issued once the Seller has received the returned Product and verified its condition – the Product must show no signs of use or damage. From the moment the returned parcel is received, the Seller has up to 14 days to refund all payments received from the Buyer, excluding the delivery cost of the return.
7. Complaints
7.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver Goods free from defects.
7.2. If a defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase.
7.3. Complaints can be submitted:
- In writing to the Seller’s address,
- By email at sklep@statecznik.pl
7.4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Seller is the controller of Customers’ personal data.
8.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.3. The customer has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes do not affect orders placed before they were introduced.
9.3. For matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
9.4. Any disputes will be settled by the competent common court.
